By participating in TaxDone’s User Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions. If the person you referred becomes a new TaxDone customer then you shall be eligible to receive a reward from TaxDone as described below.
You must be an existing TaxDone user. You must not be in the TaxDone Affiliate Program or affiliated with any agency in any way (e.g., as an admin or developer).
Referrals must be made solely through your unique referral link or unique referral code provided by TaxDone. If using the referral code, it shall have to be entered at the time of checkout. Referrals made through any other means, will not be eligible for referral . The referral is tracked using last click methodology. If the person you referred changes their browser to sign up or cleans their cookies, the affiliation cannot be established and you will not be eligible for a referral reward for that person. The person you have referred must sign-up within 2 weeks of visiting your link. If the person you referred checks out as part of the TaxDone service after signing up via your unique referral link or code provided to you by TaxDone then you will be eligible for a reward described in paragraph 3 below.
The person you referred will be eligible to receive 10% TaxDone credit on their first TaxDone submission up to a maximum of 50CHF credit, and you will receive 30 CHF TaxDone credit on your next TaxDone submission. This shall be credited once the person you have referred has paid for a submission through TaxDone.
The User Referral Program will run indefinitely or until otherwise specified by TaxDone. Rewards will be issued after the person you have referred has paid for a submission through Taxdone. Rewards are not redeemable in cash and shall only be used as a credit towards your TaxDone services.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, but each person you refer can only use your referral link or code once. Applying the link to yourself is not accepted and can lead to the termination of your referral link and your TaxDone account.
You are responsible for ensuring that the person you referred is aware of the terms and conditions of the User Referral Program and for complying with all applicable laws. TaxDone reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program if you engage in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
TaxDone reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the User Referral Program or terminate the User Referral Program at any time, without prior notice. Your continued participation in the program after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. Termination will not affect our obligation to provide you with the rewards described in paragraph 3 above for referrals made to TaxDone prior to termination of the User Referral Program.
These terms and conditions are incorporated into and made a part of TaxDone’s terms of service that govern your usage of TaxDone’s services and platform. Accordingly, TaxDone’s terms of service shall govern your participation in the User Referral Program. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of TaxDone’s terms of service and these User Referral Program terms and conditions, the provisions of TaxDone’s terms of service will supersede the User Referral Program terms and conditions. By way of example only, any disputes arising from this User Referral Program will be resolved through the dispute mechanism, as outlined in TaxDone’s terms of service.
The User Referral Program is only eligible in the countries in which TaxDone provides services.
